1. The App

DentVault is dental practice management software for licensed dental clinics. It runs offline on a single device and manages patients, appointments, treatments, invoices, dental charts, and documents.

2. License & Pricing

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DentVault on one device owned or controlled by your clinic for the one-time fee shown on this site. There are no subscription or recurring fees. Support and updates may be provided at our discretion.

The advertised "First 30 clinics" price applies to the first thirty clinics that join the waitlist before the public launch. DentVault will honor that price for those clinics.

If we are unable to deliver the App after accepting payment, we will refund any amounts paid.

3. Pre-release Status

The App and the browser demo are provided to help you evaluate DentVault before launch. Features described on this site reflect our plans and may be adjusted before the final release. This page and the demo are not a guarantee that any specific feature will ship unchanged.

4. No Medical Advice

DentVault provides administrative tools for clinics. It does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. All clinical content, documents, and records created or managed with the App remain the responsibility of the licensed clinic and the healthcare professionals using it.

5. Clinic Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate data entry, for maintaining regular backups of your records, and for obtaining any legally required consent from patients before sending SMS reminders (which also require the device to have cellular coverage). You remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction when using the App.

6. No Warranty

DentVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the App and backups at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentVault and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the App or the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the license fee you paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the App or the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
